How to personalise your charm

After ordering, please DM us on Instagram or Facebook with:

• Your order number
• The initial you would like
• Your preferred coastal colours

Please allow up to five working days for your personalised charm to be handmade and fully finished before dispatch. Any other items ordered at the same time will be sent together once your charm is ready.

This is a decorative collar charm and does not replace the legally required identification tag containing the owner’s details.

As every charm is handmade, slight variations and small natural imperfections may occur. Check regularly for signs of damage and remove immediately if damaged. Not suitable for chewing.
