How to personalise your charm

After placing your order, please send us a DM on Instagram or Facebook with:

• Your order number
• The initial you would like
• Your chosen flower colour

We can create your charm using any flower colour—simply let us know your preference and we’ll work our magic! 🌸✨

Please allow up to five working days for your personalised charm to be handmade and fully finished before dispatch. Your other items will be sent together once your charm is ready.

Please note that this is a decorative collar charm and does not replace the legally required identification tag containing the owner’s details.

As each piece is handmade, please allow for slight variations and small natural imperfections. Check regularly for signs of damage and remove immediately if damaged. Not suitable for chewing.
